Along with dedicated Appraisers, we have a full-time support staff and use the latest technological advances in the appraisal industry.

Several of the residential Appraisers have advanced designations such as the SRA and ASA.

The SRA designation is given by the Appraisal Institute and requires the Apppraiser to complete eight real estate defined courses (165 hours), must have a two-year degree and must receive credit for 3,000 hours of residential appraisal experience. The final requirement is to receive credit for a Residential Demonstration Appraisal Report.

The ASA designation is earned from the American Society of Appraisers. To retrieve this designation the Appraiser is required to have five years of full-time appraisal experience. Also, the Appraiser needs to have a four-year college degree and the completion of a comprehensive exam.
