Farms have been appraised in over 25 counties in Ohio. The clients for the farm appraisals have included privdate individuals, ODNR, ODA, park districts and mortgage lenders.

The use of the appraisals has been for litigation, acquisition, conservation easements, park expansions, mortgage lending and utility easements.

The type of farm operations has included cropland/grain and livestock.

The farms have ranged in size from the small "gentleman farm" type size to mega farms over 400 acres.
