Mary Sue Schmiedebusch

Mary Sue Schmiedebusch, ASA, has been in the real estate business for over twenty years. Her educational background includes an associate degree in Financial Management from Lima Technical College. She has taken continuing education through the Appraisal Institute, American Society of Appraisers, and the Ohio Board of Realtors.

Mary Sue worked on her ASA designation and received it in 1986. She also is a Certified General Appraiser by the State of Ohio. She entered the appraisal business in 1984, after working several years in the banking industry in Putnam County. She currently resides in Putnam County and her areas of coverage and familiarity are the counties adjacent to this county.

Her area of specialization is VA, FHA and rural housing appraisals. She continually attends education seminars in these areas in order to stay on top of the new requirements for this unique lending vehicle. Mary Sue has a wide range of experience and has appraised both residential and commercial property types.
